Mr. Allison is from the Tohatchi, New Mexico area of the Navajo Nation.  He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s degree.  Mr. Allison has completed the requirements for a Masters of Business Administration degree from Ball State University.

Mr. Allison is owner and President of Five-Star Security, Inc. headquartered in Farmington, New Mexico, which provides security services throughout the four-corners area, including the Navajo Nation.  Mr. Allison has operated this successful security business for more than twenty years.  Mr. Allison has also owned three other businesses, Iiná Bá, Inc. (an environmental consulting firm), Chief Armored Cars (a security service firm) and an agricultural development construction company.  He later sold Iiná Bá and Chief.

For a four year period from 1995 to 1998, Mr. Allison was the Division Director for the Navajo Division of Economic Development in Window Rock.  Prior to that, Mr. Allison worked for the Navajo Agricultural Products Industry for 8 years, as its Planning Director and Acting General Manager.  Mr. Allison also worked in the finance and strategic planning department of Ball Corporation for 4 years.

He is married and lives in Farmington, New Mexico.
