WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR SETTING UP A SUBSIDIARY UNDER DDC? PDF Print E-mail
You must prepare a comprehensive business plan in accordance with the  DDC Guidelines. After you submit your business plan, DDC’s business consultant will review the plan.  Once the business consultant has determined that your business plan is sound and complies with the Guidelines, he will forward his analysis and recommendation to the DDC Board of Directors and legal counsel for DDC.  If the recommendation is to proceed with establishing the subsidiary, DDC’s legal counsel will work with you to draft articles of incorporation and bylaws for the subsidiary.  Then, legal counsel will draft a resolution for the DDC Board to approve the establishment of the subsidiary.  Thereafter, you will be required to file the articles of incorporation with the Business Regulatory Department of DED.
